1930s Poster/Diploma: Belgian Kennel/Dog Club - Chow Chow - Songshi Quan

This is a large certificate/diploma from the 'Club du Chien de Defense de Braine-le-Comte.' Unissued, has a nice vignette a chow chow at the top. It measures about 13.5" x 20.5". Circa 1930s, shows some discoloration.
