    2 PC small custom made 1890's fancy bustle outfit
    Picture this one of a kind checkered iridescent silk taffeta bustle skirt and over blouse stepping off a stage coach from Cincinnati . The late designer Billy Mendibles created this for the Victorian Vogue Costume Shoppe in Santa Barbara 25 years ago. It was my store and I used to rent it for with a price of 5 to purchase. The top is petite: Bust: 32";Ribs: 30"; Waist: 26". The elastic on the back of the skirt is a bit stretched out so that now the waist is 34". The front of the skirt is 38". The back is 42" to adjust for the bustle. After 30 fabulous years, I closed the store. I'm now liquidating the best of my inventory
