Condition & Testing:
This is a very nice tower, with some minor scufs from everyday use. All Hooks move smoothly, and lock into place. The quick release handles all work very well, adjust easily and smoothly, and the locks work. All wheels move smoothly and easily. The top cover is damaged but does not affect the function of the unit. Easy to read adjustment level markings. The tape shows signs of everyday use and has loose edges in some places but still is very presentable for any facility. (see pics) Guaranteed not to be DOA.
