Antique CHINESE CERAMIC DUCK FORM WINE / TEA POT Jar ASIAN ART Animal Pottery

Description

Excellent older Chinese ceramic wine pot or tea pot, sculpted in the form of a duck.
Unique thought out design, as you can see demonstrated in last photo, the artist gave the very slightest of curve to the feet so you can gently rock this pot forward and pour your libations. But then this piece still stands nice and sturdy on its own with no rocking or leaning at all.
There are some Chinese characters up around the top of this piece, on one side, right below the lid (pictures 8 & 9).
Overall very nice original condition free of any large visible chips, dings, cracks, breaks, etc...
A couple very very small spots of discoloring might possibly be found. Nothing bad whatsoever.
