AO Microscope Koehler Lamp  with Filter Set light microscopy photomicroscopy

You are bidding on a working AO microscope lamp, catalog #735 made in the USA and an AO filter set.
The lamp has a 115 volt 100watt bulb and an adjustable focus.
The lamp diaphragm or iris works as does the screw tilt adjustment in the back of the lamp.
You can set up perfect Koehler illumination with this lamp.
The lamp comes with a glass diffuser which can be removed and a removable rack for holding square filters, both of which are in the filter pack.
Unfortunately the lens has a crack in it but it does not seem to affect its performance.
This lamp was made at time when consumers expected to be able to dissemble and repair items.
The metal cage around the lamp has rusted, but the metal seems solid and I suspect it needs a brushing and spray of high temp paint. The power cord is flexible, unfrayed and appears to be in good shape.
The previous owner has installed an on/off rheostat to control brightness.
Included is felt lined AO filter box containing three different neutral density filters (3X3 inch) and four circular blue filters of different thickness.
