    Description

    Layer upon layer of lace flounces all down this skirt that has the potential to be very full (shown with hoop skirt), or worn with the Ultimate Petticoat Skirt.  Elastic waist is an easy fit, and side drawstrings allow for ruching of the lace at the hips for a bit of a lacy bustle in back.  S/M fits 24-38 waist, M/L fits 26-40 waist, L/XL fits 28-42 waist and XL/2X fits 30-44 waist.  Top end of measurement will be tight, it's strong elastic.  Black rayon lined in soft silky poly.  Imported from UK.  NOT shiny, we enhanced the pics to show detail.
