    Item is used and missing parts. Parts known to be missing are:
    - Fence
    - Bits
    - 4" Screw and Washer
    - Steel Rod
    Other small parts may be missing. I am not super familiar with this type of tool and wish I could verify if anything else is missing. This was used in a home shop environment by the previous owner, and should be considered both used and incomplete. Ideal for someone who has additional parts to complete it, or can machine/craft new parts.
