Rare Fish-Schurman Photomicrographic Lamp & Power Supply Zirconarc Vintage

Here is a Fish-Schurman Zirconarc Photomicrographic Lamp & Power Supply. This is a very rare piece of scientific equipment and dates from the 1940s.
A zirconium light is an ultra-compact lamp having a very small zirconium anode in a similar style as the tungsten lamp, but only about 1/4 mm diameter. This makes this lamp one of the brightest sources available in incandescent lamps with one of the highest steradiance ratings. It is the closest thing to a laser in this calss. Used for electrophoresis and photomicrographs.
This is untested. I usually avoid plugging in old electronics. It looks great from the outside, but I don’t know if it works. I’m selling as is.
It’s very heavy (approximately 35 lbs)
