    Scarce early, Circa WWII, US ROTC,  ROTC Reserve Officer Training Corps Military Fraternal Honor Society Scabbard & Blade Ribbon Bar. Excellent with 5 Stars & Pin Back with locking catch.
    Getting hard to find from this early established (1904) Fraternal Group. The ribbon bar measures 1 3/8" X 3/8" and is just coming out of an ROTC collection recently acquired.
