    Description

    This beautiful royal blue cotton, full length, Victorian style skirt, has a 5 1/2" ruffle at the bottom, and on the over skirt, which also has gatherers at 4 points.
    Drawstring pulls will raise and lower the over skirt in both the front and back. When you have the desired length, simply tie the strings in a bow. They are hidden under the skirt.
    The waist is elastic, and drawstring, for multi sizing.
