    Med Center Mazda Return Policy
    You may return any normal stocking, unused item(s)
    within
    30 days of invoice date for an exchange or a full refund, minus shipping. These items must be received back before 30 days, any returns received after 30 days will be charged a restock fee of .50 or 15% restocking fee, whichever is higher. Please call us prior to sending them back, it may help you avoid an unnecessary return. You
    must
    return the part in the original Mazda packaging. Items returned without original Mazda packaging will
    not
    be accepted and no credit will be given. Please pack the merchandise securely and enclose the invoice with a brief explanation for the return/exchange. Ship the package prepaid via UPS or US Postal Service. We do not accept return merchandise shipped COD or freight collect. Be sure to insure the package, we will not be liable for damage during transit to our facility. For items with a manufactured warranty that are being returned under warranty, please follow the instructions specified by the manufacturer.
    How soon will my return be processed? Most returns are processed within 1-3 business days from the time it is received in our office. Orders taken by credit card will have their credit card refunded in approximately 3-5 business days from the time the package was received in our office. If you request a exchange, the return should be processed and on it’s way back to you within 1-3 business days from its received date. In some instances it may be necessary to contact you regarding your return, please provide a contact number or email address.
    What if my package is damaged or merchandise missing? Med Center Mazda takes every effort to ensure you package arrives in satisfactory condition. If your package is damaged, please call us (1-877-342-8876), and speak to a parts consultant. Do not discard the shipping carton until you have spoken with us.
    What cannot be returned? Unfortunately there are some items that cannot be returned. Some of the items that cannot be returned are: 1) Items that are used or were installed. We cannot give credit for parts that were installed by you or anyone else. They are considered used and cannot be given credit for a return. 2) Electrical or fuel parts. 3) Parts that are not returned in the original Mazda packaging with the Mazda part number. These parts are considered unidentifiable and will not be given credit. 4) Damaged parts. If you receive a damaged part, you will need to contact us within 3 days of receiving your package so a claim for damage can be filed with the shipping company. This needs to be done in a timely manner so as not to limit any probability of a denied claim. Any reports of damage after 3 days of receiving your package will be the responsibility of the customer.
