Black jacket has black lace applique on lapels with large fancy buttons and attached purple, green, blue and black capelet
Purple satin skirt with sheer darker purple outer layer
Broad brim black hat with lots of purple netting has large purple feather and small purple flowers in front and purple and gold bow in back
