Victorian Era Costume Mid 1800's 4Pc Burg/Bl Floral Dress & Bonnet 16

Description

Gorgeous mid 1800's style costume dress in burgundy and blue floral.
Dress is from our former rental stock, in excellent condition, with just a faint bit of fading on top of the shoulders.
Dress is a poly or poly/cotton blend in a beautiful floral print in shades of burgundy, red, blue, and green, trimmed with blue satin ribbon and black lace.
The skirt is very full and has a 2 row gathered waist, and when fully opened, measures up to 90".
The length is 44", and will take a large hoop or very full crinoline, (NOT INCLUDED).
The matching top dress portion has a zippered back, set in waist with side ties, and open 3/4 sleeves.
It includes an under blouse of white eyelet with a zippered back, a peter pan collar, and long lace trimmed gathered shoulder sleeves.
Included is a matching burgundy felt bonnet decorated with the same dress fabric.
The dress is sized a 16 but measurements for the top portion of the dress are smaller than a 16 of today.
Bare in mind that woman of that time period wore corsets, and their waists were much smaller.
The white blouse has a bust of 40".
The top has a bust of 36"-38", and a waist of 28"-30"
Our mannequin measures 40-28-41, and the top just zipped. It was snug on her.
