Victorian Hoop Skirt

Up for auction is this wonderful Victorian Era hoop skirt.  Item does contain some wear such as some tearing which is very common with items from the era but can  still be worn.  A wonderful and one of a kind item!  Would be great for a reenactment, a wedding or another fabulous event!  Please review the pictures and message me with any questions you might have.  Thank you! :)
