VTG Theater Costume Victorian High Collar Dress

Description

This was purchased in a lot of costumes from a former stage actress in DFW. It is a Victorian style high collared dress with a pretty mosaic waist band. Measurements are:
Waist=26"
Underarm to hem= 48"
Arm(shoulder to wrist)=22.5"
Recently drycleaned and no odor.
